The Recharge & Thrive course is designed to empower
educators to prioritize their well-being, build resilience, and elevate their professional effectiveness.

Through practical, actionable self-care strategies, this course helps educators integrate mental, emotional, physical, and social wellness practices into their daily lives, enabling them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Course Objective

​This course aims to equip educators with a diverse set of self-care strategies that foster mental clarity,
emotional resilience, physical vitality, and social well-being.

 

Through engaging, interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will learn how to manage stress effectively, set healthy boundaries, enhance emotional intelligence, cultivate positive relationships, and establish sustainable self-care routines that support long-term personal and professional growth.

Day 3: Emotional Well-Being: Building Emotional Resilience and Intelligence


Day 4: Physical Self-Care: Energizing Your Body


Day 5: Eco-Therapy and Connection to the Environment: Recharging through Nature


Day 6: Integrating Self-Care: Creating a Sustainable Plan for Long-Term Well-Being

Target audience:
Teachers, trainers, school leaders, education managers, counsellors, adult educators, NGO staff, public servants, and policy makers.

Format & approach:
Participants will receive supportive learning materials in advance. Instead of traditional lectures, the programme is built around co-creating solutions, sharing international experiences, and finding inspiration for everyday practice — while also spending meaningful time learning together.
