This immersive programme enriches your teaching with mindfulness and embodied practice—supporting learner well-being, mental health, self-regulation, and active engagement.

Programme Overview

Day 1 – Foundations & Connection

Introductions and course goals, discovering what connects you to your environment.

Day 2 – Mindfulness in Context
Exploring current trends in education, future foresight, and the importance of mindfulness today.

​

Day 3 – Mindfulness Practices
Delve into mindfulness as a method and begin practical embodied exercises.

Day 4 – Embodiment & Mind-Body Learning
Explore body-based learning through movement and sensory awareness.

​

Day 5 – Nature and Mindful Presence
Study trip focused on mindfulness and nature—an immersive, resilience-building experience.

Day 6 – Personal Practice & Retreat
Deepen your mindfulness routines in a reflective retreat setting and explore integrating them into daily life.

Day 7 – Sharing & Harvesting
Facilitation arts, reflection, tool-building, and a symbolic “Waves in the Water” closing ritual. What comes next?

Supportive learning materials of the programme will be sent to the participants in advance.

The training itself will not be built on lectures or presentations, but on searching effective solutions and inspiration for the participants' practice, discovering experiences of other countries and spending valuable time together.
