Joining our open programmes as a group

Our 2026 learning programmes are also open to groups from your organisation. If you would like to send a group of educators to one of our upcoming programmes, you’re welcome to contact us.

We’re happy to think together about whether a particular programme is a good fit for your group.

Tailored programmes created for your organisation

​

We also design and facilitate tailored learning programmes, created specifically for your team.

 

These programmes are shaped around your context, questions, and learning goals, and draw on our core learning themes, including: the role of the educator in a changing world, educator wellbeing and burnout prevention, person-centred and holistic approaches, leadership, and learning environments.

​

We take care of the full learning journey from design and facilitation to coordination and overall flow of the experience, working with an international team of experienced facilitators.

 

Programmes can take place in one of the following locations:

St. Maarten · Cappadocia · Vienna · Tallinn & Narva · the Azores · Malta · Menorca · Fuerteventura,
or be adapted to other contexts in dialogue with you.

Our programmes are eligible for Erasmus+ KA1 funding and  can also be organised through independent funding.​​
