The Recharge & Thrive course is designed to empower
educators to prioritize their well-being, build resilience, and elevate their professional effectiveness.
Through practical, actionable self-care strategies, this course helps educators integrate mental, emotional, physical, and social wellness practices into their daily lives, enabling them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Course Objective
This course aims to equip educators with a diverse set of self-care strategies that foster mental clarity,
emotional resilience, physical vitality, and social well-being.
Through engaging, interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will learn how to manage stress effectively, set healthy boundaries, enhance emotional intelligence, cultivate positive relationships, and establish sustainable self-care routines that support long-term personal and professional growth.

Participants will receive supportive learning materials in advance. Instead of traditional lectures, the programme is built around co-creating solutions, sharing international experiences, and finding inspiration for everyday practice — while also spending meaningful time learning together.
