Day 1 – Introduction & Learning Contexts

Welcome, introductions, and personal learning plans.
Framing today’s educators’ role in the AI era and broader “new reality.”
Collaborative case study exploration.

Day 2 – Educator & Learner Dynamics

Navigating your identity as both an educator and a learner.
Experiencing person-centred and holistic approaches in practice.
Mindfulness, embodiment, and mental health in education.
Outdoor school or programme visit.

Day 3 – Digital Inclusion & Diversity

Tools and strategies for hybrid and digital learning environments.
Embracing inclusion through diverse contexts and learner needs.

Day 4 – Practice & Peer Learning

Hands-on study visits and practicing tools in real contexts.
A "Human Library" session — sharing stories through lived experience.

Day 5 – Sharing, Reflection & Celebration

Presenting your personal toolbox to peers.
Reflecting on the week’s learning journey.
Group evaluation and celebratory conclusion.

Details

Target audience: teachers, trainers, headmasters, school and education managers, educational counsellors, career counsellors, adult educators, other non-governmental organization staff, public servants, and policy makers.

Supportive learning materials of the programme will be sent to the participants in advance.

The training itself will not be built on lectures or presentations, but on searching for effective solutions and inspiration for the participants' practice, discovering experiences of other countries and spending valuable time together.
