Teacher's role in a new reality
Teachers today work with children and young people growing up in a rapidly changing world. New technologies, mental health challenges, cultural diversity and global uncertainty are changing both learners' needs and the teacher's role.
This course creates space to explore that changing role and practical ways to build inclusive, supportive and adaptable learning environments while continuing to learn and develop as an educator yourself.

Details
Target audience: primary and secondary school teachers, school leaders, educational support specialists, youth educators, and other professionals working with children and young people.
Supportive learning materials of the programme will be sent to the participants in advance.
The training itself will not be built on lectures or presentations, but on searching for effective solutions and inspiration for the participants' practice, discovering experiences of other countries and spending valuable time together.
Participation fee: 450 € - 5 days
